Wang Bo

Wang Bo has worked in the AI field since 2012. Wang began their career at China National Petroleum Corporation as a Software Engineer in 2012. In 2016, they became a Research Intern at IBM, where they worked on Information Retrieval & NLP, Medical Information Retrieval and Medical Entity Extraction/ Relation Extraction. In 2017, Wang Bo joined Sensara as an AI Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Jina AI, where they have held the roles of AI Engineer, Senior AI Engineer and Team Lead | Senior AI Engineer.

Wang Bo studied Applied Psychology(duo) and Information Systems at Lanzhou University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in both fields. In 2016, they attended Stiftung Universität Hildesheim for the Autumn School for Information Retrieval and Information Foraging. From 2015 to 2017, they studied Computer Science at Delft University of Technology, earning a Master of Science (MSc).
