Rayan Abdul-al

Rayan Abdul-Al is a dedicated academic and professional with a robust background in business administration and management. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at Jinan University in Lebanon since September 2023, Rayan has previously held multiple roles, including Soft Skills Trainer, Business Coach, Project Coordinator, and Administrative Coordinator at the Creativity Development Center from December 2018 to February 2023. Rayan also contributed as a Social Entrepreneurship Coach for the Hub Project (Al-Mashghal) under COSV from December 2019 to May 2020. Rayan Abdul-Al holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration, along with a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Beirut Arab University, reflecting a strong academic foundation in business management.
