Sayan Majumdar

Sayan Majumdar is currently serving as the Assistant Manager Project & Design at Jindal Saw Limited since November 2023, focusing on the execution of the DI Plant Project and overseeing design data for plant expansion. Previously, Sayan held the position of Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Welspun Group from April 2022 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at Electrosteel Group as Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer from August 2014 to March 2022, and as a Drawing Instructor at RAMAKRISHNA MISSION SHILPAMANDIRA BELURMATH from August 2013 to August 2014. Sayan attained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering Institute for Junior Executives, completed between 2010 and 2013.
