Steve Gratz

Steve Gratz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President of Restaurant Operations at JINYA Ramen Bar since January 2023. Previously, Gratz held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pick Up Stix from July 2013 to November 2022, where operational oversight extended to 73 restaurants across Southern California and national locations, managing a workforce of 840 employees. Gratz also served as Chief Operating Officer at RED O Restaurants and Restaurant Dynamics, emphasizing operational excellence and strategic development, and directed operations at Wolfgang Puck, achieving significant sales improvement. Gratz obtained an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
