Todd Madlener

Todd Madlener serves as the Vice President of Operations at Umami Central (dba JINYA Ramen Bar) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Todd was the President and COO at Coolgreens from April 2018 to October 2023, where contributions to franchise growth and a rebranding strategy were notable. As a Brand Partner at PB&J Restaurant Group from January 2017 to March 2018, operational strategies were designed to align business processes during rapid growth. Todd held the position of Vice President of Operations at MAD Greens from September 2015 to January 2017, leading operational oversight in a high-growth environment. Earlier in Todd's career, significant achievements included a 20-year tenure at Red Robin, culminating in the role of Senior Franchise Director, guiding revenue growth from $300 million to $1.5 billion. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
