Satish Jamadagni

Satish Jamadagni is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Sr Vice President at Jio since May 2013, where responsibilities include leading global standards and technology development, with a focus on 6G standards and 5G deployment. Previous roles at Jio include Vice President and Assistant Vice President, driving the development of advanced LTE connectivity devices and supporting 5G initiatives. Satish also holds a position with the GSMA as a member of the Strategy Group, and has served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of various committees within the Telecommunications Standards Development Society India (TSDSI). Prior experience includes positions at Samsung India, Motorola India, TCS-Nortel, Sasken Communication Technologies, and Hughes Software Systems, with a strong background in wireless standards and system engineering. Education includes advanced studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Mysore.
