Yota Numata

Yota Numata has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. In 2014, they worked as an iOS and Android Developer at Bruto.inc. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Full Stack Engineer at Zaim.inc, where they developed new features for the web app and automated testing. Yota then worked at Recruit Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2018, initially as a DevOps Engineer and later as a Team Lead and Scrum Master. In these roles, they restructured deployment systems, optimized development resources, and tripled the number of stories shipped. From 2018 to 2019, Yota served as a Full Stack Engineer, building MVP products and leading software development teams. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Relook Inc., where they conducted market research, implemented product architecture, and adopted Agile and Lean software development processes. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer - Relook Unit at ARETECO HOLDINGS. Currently, Yota is the Chief Operating Officer at Jitera.

Yota Numata attended Waseda University from 2010 to 2014. In 2012 and 2013, they also attended Lawrence University. Yota obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2018.
