Rafael Anselmo

Rafael Anselmo has extensive experience in product management, project consultation, and technical support roles. Rafael served as Head of Product LATAM at Jitterbit starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were Head of Product at Wevo, where they led product strategy, project management, and IT governance initiatives. Rafael also founded vinculo.app, an EdTech startup focused on AI impact, and held various management positions at Omnilink, overseeing support, quality assurance, and software sustainability. Additionally, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at Repom S.A., managing integration projects with business partners. Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, product development, and customer success strategies.

Rafael Anselmo completed a degree in Mechatronics at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2004 to 2007. Later, they obtained a post-graduate specialization in Business Administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in cloud computing, product management, agile methodologies, and IT service management.
