Trevor Austin has a diverse work experience in the field of construction and project management. Trevor started their career as a Student Research Technician at Texas A&M University, where they managed a team of student engineers and worked on research projects, including a space-based solar power project. After that, they joined Au' Authum Ki as a Project Manager and MEP QC Inspector, overseeing the construction of administration buildings and coordinating inspections with subcontractors and government representatives. Later, they joined J&J Worldwide Services, where they held various roles, including Project Manager, Design Project Manager, Manager of Engineering & Technical Services, and Manager of Field Support. In these roles, they managed design projects, collaborated with architects and engineers, and oversaw corporate support resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Field Support at J&J Worldwide Services.
Trevor Austin, FHFI, DBIA obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing & Mechanical from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2003 to 2009. Trevor has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they obtained a 30 Hour OSHA certification from OSHA-Training.com. In 2011, they obtained a Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). More recently, in 2020 and 2021, they obtained various Procore certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction), and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools). Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Online Learning.
