Darcy Fender

Darcy Fender is a marketing professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Adrian College. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at J&J Ventures since July 2022, Darcy drives growth for partnering establishments through strategic marketing support. Previous roles include Marketing Loyalty Specialist, focusing on enhancing engagement through the Player PAYBACK® loyalty program, and Associate Digital Marketing Intern at Rize Education, where content catered to 17-22 year-olds was created. Additionally, Darcy gained experience as a Marketing Associate Intern at Visit Lenawee, conducting market research to promote tourism, and managed administrative tasks at Adrian College's Institute for Career Planning. Early experience includes roles as Concessions Manager at North Clay Community Park District, overseeing team coordination and inventory management.
