Bladimir Arroyo Alvarez is an experienced construction engineer with a strong background in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Jefe de Construcción II at Grupo JJC, since January 2019, Bladimir has managed multiple significant projects, including construction work for Antamina and AngloAmerican.
