Jill Duran

Jill Duran is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Store Manager at J. Jill since July 2021, where responsibilities include driving sales performance, talent management, and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this role, Jill was also a Store Manager at J. Jill from April 2019 to April 2021 and held a similar position at Pier 1 from January 2018 to November 2018.
