Customer Experience Lead at J. Jill

Pamela Ferguson currently serves as a Business Development Liaison for The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara and The Ritz-Carlton Maui in Kapalua since April 2022, while also holding the position of Customer Experience Lead at J. Jill since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Pamela accumulated extensive experience at Marriott International Luxury Brands from 1999 to 2020, where the role of Global Luxury Account Executive focused on managing top global insurance accounts for luxury brands. Responsibilities included developing long-term relationships to maximize business potential and revenue, as well as planning high-level events within the insurance segment.
