Scot Ceven has extensive experience in customer analytics and database management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Analytics at J. Jill since June 2004. Scot was promoted for successfully designing and transitioning to a new database provider, enhancing functionality and developing a scalable solution. Prior to this role, Scot worked as the Marketing Database Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the external database provider and adding value across the company. Earlier in the career at J. Jill, Scot led a team as the Manager of Client Application Development to expand the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application and contributed as a Software Developer by maintaining and enhancing the PLM application. Before joining J. Jill, Scot worked as a VB Programmer at ProjectExchange from October 1995 to October 2003.
