Sadé Farquhar

Sadé Farquhar is a seasoned DEI Consultant and Project Management Support at JJRConsulting LLC, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple projects since March 2023. Previously, Sadé served as DEI Team Lead and TA Recruiter at Optimizely, managing the recruitment lifecycle for Sales Development Representative roles. Experience also includes roles as a Community Advocate at The Center for Hope and Healing Inc., Program Coordinator at Lowell Community Health Center, and various internships focused on mental health and advocacy. Sadé holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Salve Regina University.
