Sanjeev Bharwan

Sanjeev Bharwan has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as an Associate Attorney at the Punjab and Haryana High Court in India from 2003 to 2007. Sanjeev then worked as a Quality Specialist Contract at Innodata Inc., where they managed a team of Legal Case Analysts and ensured quality performance and implementation of projects. From 2009 to 2011, Sanjeev worked as an INFOSYS Contract Negotiator & Vetting at Infosys, where they coordinated with the business unit team and provided legal support for contractual arrangements. Sanjeev then joined Coforge as Group Head Legal from 2011 to 2014, where they provided legal assistance in various areas such as application development, maintenance services, and business process outsourcing. Sanjeev further expanded their expertise as a Legal Counsel at Capgemini from 2014 to 2016. Sanjeev subsequently worked at Birlasoft as the Legal Head (Global Practice) from 2016 to 2021, where they received numerous awards and appreciations for their ethical and transparent approach to high-value deals and quality management. Currently, Sanjeev is the Head of Legal at JK Tech, where they have excelled in areas such as intellectual property rights management, contract management, and global insurance policy assessment.

Sanjeev Bharwan obtained an LL.M degree in Legal from Panjab University from 2008 to 2010. Sanjeev also attended the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property in 2008 for a degree in IPR. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Panjab University from 2000 to 2003. Sanjeev completed their LL.B degree in Legal from the same university during the same period. Additionally, they obtained a Hon's in Geography degree from Kurukshetra University from 1997 to 1999. Sanjeev Bharwan also holds various certifications in areas such as leadership, cybersecurity, data protection, and software development, among others.
