Shane Dalley has extensive experience in service management and customer support, currently serving as Service Manager at JL Audio, Inc. since March 2015, following roles such as Service Support Supervisor, Service Support Specialist, Warranty Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Shane worked at ADVANCED HEALTH SERVICES, LLC from May 2000 to March 2015, holding several positions including Office Manager and Technical Specialist. Shane began a career at CBI as a Shipping Receiving Clerk, eventually advancing to Shipping Receiving Manager from January 1996 to May 2000. Shane's educational background includes an Associate's degree from Cleveland College (2007-2009) and a high school diploma from Miami Southridge Senior High School (1993-1997).
