Steven Cramer, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Steven is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at JL Audio, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group).

From 2021 to 2022, Cramer was the Hydraulic Systems VP Operations and P&L Lead/GM at Woodward, Inc. where they provided guidance and leadership in all plant operations. Steven also served as the VP Operations and Site P&L Lead Aerospace Aftermarket and Hydraulic Systems from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they led a team that eliminated over $8 million in past due transactions while successfully transitioning the business to a new plant in Colorado.

Before joining Woodward, Inc., Cramer worked at DaVita Kidney Care as the Vice President Operations/Lab COO from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading all aspects of the laboratory, including supply chain, customer service, IT, facilities, and various laboratory departments.

From 2014 to 2017, Cramer served as the Vice President of Quality at Woodward, Inc. where they headed the global quality function for the Aircraft Turbine Systems (ATS) Group facilities. Prior to this, they were the Group Director of Quality for the same company from 2012 to 2014.

Cramer also has experience in management roles at WMS, where they served as the VP Operations P&L lead, the VP Customer Service & Commercial Operations/P&L Lead, and the VP Customer Service & Field Operations/Aftermarket P&L Lead from 2004 to 2011. Steven was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee of the company and managed all order fulfillment and post-sales support operations.

Before joining WMS, Cramer worked at Motorola from 1995 to 2004. Steven held various positions, including Sr. Director of the Sprint PCS Account, Sr. Resource Manager, and Market Manager and Program Positions. Steven was recognized for their achievements in revenue generation and increasing overall margins.

Cramer began their career at United Technologies in 1990 as a Lead Engineer, where they worked on the Advanced Solid Rocket Boosters (ASRB) on the Space Shuttle program.

In addition to their work experience, Cramer pursued their MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where they maintained a 4.0 GPA and received honors.

Steven Cramer, MBA completed their Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management and Leadership from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Steven attended this institution from 2011 to 2014.

Prior to pursuing their MBA, Steven obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama. Steven completed their undergraduate studies from 1985 to 1991.

Additionally, Steven has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Body Language for Leaders, Six Sigma Foundations, Strategic Thinking, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, and Project Management Simplified, all from LinkedIn. In 2014, they also obtained a certification from GE Aviation.

Outside of academia, Steven also holds a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot, obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1994.
