Amanda Pleasant is a Senior Director of Global Recruitment Optimization, Technology & Channels at JLL, where responsibilities include enhancing recruitment technology and streamlining hiring processes. Previously, Amanda held various roles at JLL including Senior Researcher & Sourcer in Executive Recruiting, Corporate Recruiter, and Sourcing & Research Associate, focusing on executive talent identification, strategic recruitment, and market research. Prior experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Parts Town, supporting full-cycle recruiting and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and working as an HR & Recruiting Coordinator at Alliant Credit Union. Amanda began a career in human resources with an internship at Charter Transportation. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roosevelt University and an Associate degree in Arts from Elgin Community College.
