Jane Curran

Jane Curran has over two decades of extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources leadership, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at JLL since August 2001. In this role, Jane oversees a global team of over 300 professionals, managing the recruitment of approximately 30,000 positions annually while developing a tech-enabled infrastructure for talent acquisition. Prior positions at JLL include Executive Director of Recruiting for the Americas Region and Vice President of Human Resources for various divisions. Jane's early career includes roles at Accenture and Kohl's Department Stores, focusing on strategic recruiting. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
