Michael Raphael

Michael Raphael is a seasoned procurement executive currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer at JLL since April 2011, where responsibility includes managing a multi-billion dollar corporate procurement and client sourcing spend. Michael leads a team of over 600 professionals to enhance value, innovation, and sustainability within sourcing activities. Prior roles include Chief Procurement Officer and Managing Director at Dard Design, overseeing business launch operations, and Head of Global Promotional Items Sourcing at Novartis, where Michael centralized a $90 million annual spend. Earlier experience at Westfield Group involved establishing a centralized purchasing function. Michael holds a Diploma in Logistics Management from TAFE NSW.
