Susheel Koul

Susheel Koul serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Work Dynamics for Asia Pacific at JLL, a role that includes setting business strategy and overseeing operations across 16 countries while being a member of JLL’s Asia Pacific Executive Board. With a career at JLL spanning over two decades, Susheel has held numerous leadership positions, including Division President and Managing Director, focusing on delivering comprehensive Real Estate Solutions and ensuring client value through integrated facilities management. Earlier experience includes roles at CBRE and the National Dairy Development Board, where project management and asset services were key responsibilities. Susheel Koul holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, along with ongoing education in a Global Leadership Program at Stanford University.
