Kamal Sultania

Kamal Sultania has over 19 years of work experience in investment banking and transaction structuring services. Kamal worked at JM Financial as an Executive Director in Investment Banking from December 2005 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as an Associate in Investment Banking from July 2003 to December 2005, where they gained extensive experience in deal execution, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials. Kamal also worked at RSM & Co in Transaction Structuring Services from May 2001 to February 2004.

Kamal Sultania earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Finance from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 1996 to 2001. Kamal then pursued a Chartered Accountants (CA) degree in Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1999 to 2002. Kamal later completed a Master of Commerce (MCOM) degree in Finance from the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2003. In 2007, they furthered their education by obtaining a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree in Finance from the CFA Institute, which they completed in 2011.
