Ericka Fisher

Ericka Fisher is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s CFO and Financial Officers Practice. She specializes in senior-level positions within the finance function for early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private and public sector companies and private equity-backed companies and their portfolio businesses. She has a decade of executive search experience and is passionate about helping clients identify and retain top financial executive talent.

Prior to her executive recruiting career, Ericka spent ten years in equity capital markets serving institutional investors at Buckingham Capital Management and Janney Montgomery Scott, where she was a member of the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading team.

Ericka earned her B.S. from Florida State University and previously held Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Ericka spends her free time with her husband and two children at their home in Southern New Jersey.
