Seth Gillespie

Seth Gillespie serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Commercial Excellence at JM Search. Previously, Seth held various leadership roles including Principal Consultant at Chartwell Team, Director of GTM Strategy & Execution Consulting at SBI, The Growth Advisory, and Global GTM Strategy & Operations Lead at TE Connectivity. Additional positions include Commercial Leader overseeing Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Care, and Global PMO Lead, along with responsibilities in Strategy, Business Development, and Analytics at TE Connectivity. Prior experience also includes serving as Engagement Lead for Strategy & Advisory at North Highland. Seth Gillespie is currently pursuing education at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
