Jill Carson Rennels

Jill Carson Rennels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing operations, and enterprise analytics, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing Operations and Enterprise Analytics at The J.M. Smucker Co. since 2013. In this role, Jill leads a team of 50, focusing on eCommerce, sales, and marketing initiatives, while overseeing strategic projects, organizational improvements, and financial planning for a $2 billion budget. Previous roles include positions at CVS/Caremark as Senior Advisor for Trade Relations, and various management positions in auditing and consulting at Cleveland Metroparks, Protiviti, and Deloitte Consulting. Jill holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
