Nicolle Licastro possesses extensive experience in category strategy and management, currently serving as Lead, Category Strategy at The J.M. Smucker Co. since September 2018, following a role as Manager, Category Strategy. Prior to this, Nicolle held various positions at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, including Senior Category Development Analyst and Sales Planning Analyst, and gained a solid foundation at GSK from 2011 to 2016, where roles included Project Manager and Demand Planning Manager. Nicolle’s career began at Advantage Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2011, taking on multiple roles such as Business Manager- Private Label and Business Development Manager. Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Robert Morris University, completed in 2005.
