Elizabeth Wilcox

Elizabeth Wilcox is an experienced project manager and consultant with a career spanning over three decades in urban planning and project management. Currently serving as an Independent Project Manager at Elizabeth L Wilcox Consulting since August 2015, Elizabeth also holds a long-standing position as a Consultant at JM Zell Partners Ltd since April 2000. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner at Wilkes Artis from April 1997 to April 2000, Urban Planner for the City of Alexandria from 1994 to 1997, and Urban Planner for Charles County, MD from 1993 to 1994. Elizabeth holds a Masters in Planning with a focus on Urban Planning from the University of Virginia and completed undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
