Naveena Appari

Naveena Appari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Naveena currently works as a Mechanical Engineer at JMA Wireless since 2022. Before that, they worked at Triple/S Dynamics, Inc. from 2019 to 2022 as a Mechanical Engineer, where they conducted Finite Element Analysis, implemented DFMEA techniques, and performed various types of analysis to improve equipment design.

Prior to that, Naveena worked as a Student Worker at Arizona State University, Disability Resource Center (DRC) from 2017 to 2018, where they transcribed academic documents, trained new recruits, and proctored exams for students with disabilities. Naveena also had experience as a Design Engineer at Cyient from 2014 to 2016, where they performed FEA, conducted fatigue and crack analysis, and utilized Six Sigma tools for waste elimination and efficiency improvement. Additionally, they worked as a Design Intern at VIJAYAWADA THERMAL POWER STATION in 2012, gaining hands-on training in turbine blade analysis, and as a Manufacturing Intern at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT (VSP) in 2012, where they developed an innovative assembly line and enhanced knowledge in DFMA and various manufacturing processes.

Naveena Appari received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, between the years 2010 and 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute in August 2018.
