Gabriel Borroni

Gabriel Borroni, GISP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Geospatial Solutions and Senior GIS Administrator at JMT Technology Group, overseeing airport GIS and AIRPortal management for MDOT MAA since February 2023. Previously held roles include Senior GIS Analyst at INCATech, where support was provided to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and Senior GIS Analyst at JMT Technology Group. Additional experience includes serving as a GIS Disasters Specialist at a.i. solutions, facilitating geospatial solutions for disaster management, and as a Geospatial Analyst at WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff, where project management and GIS practices were developed. Earlier positions involved geospatial analysis and product creation at MDA Information Systems and Jacobs. Gabriel holds a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a B.S. in Geography from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
