William Garmer

William Garmer has extensive experience in GIS and CAD roles, currently serving as an Associate and GIS Specialist at JMT Technology Group since November 2014. Prior to this, William worked at STV, Inc. from December 2009 to October 2014 as a CAD/GIS Technician, focusing on civil and environmental CAD, GIS development, and management. William's career began as a CAD/GIS Technician at URS Corporation from June 1997 to October 2009, where responsibilities included GIS integration and desktop publishing. Earlier experience includes working as a CAD Technician at KCI Technologies, Inc. from April 1994 to June 1997, specializing in civil CAD and traffic design. William holds a Certificate in Engineering Drafting Technology from RETS Tech Center and has completed certificates in ArcView and ArcGIS from Towson University.
