Mara Hoberman

Mara Hoberman is an experienced art researcher and writer, currently serving as a Senior Researcher for the Joan Mitchell Catalogue Raisonné at the Joan Mitchell Foundation since December 2015, after previously holding the role of Researcher. In addition to freelance writing since 2012, Mara has been an Editor for Special Projects at Artforum.com since May 2014. Previous roles include Project Manager for The Catalogue Raisonné of the Drawings of Jasper Johns at The Menil Collection, Editorial Assistant at Art Journal, and Curator at Hunter College Art Galleries. Mara holds a Master's degree in Art History from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Wesleyan University.
