Kimber De Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and marketing within the beauty and cosmetic industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Development at Joanna Czech since March 2024, Kimber previously held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development & Operations at VIOLETTE_FR. With roles at Joanna Czech and CRÉAMANDE BEAUTY, Kimber has successfully led the development of new products and managed various aspects of product launches, including collaboration with creative agencies and optimizing vendor processes. A graduate of Hult International Business School with a Master of Science in International Marketing, Kimber also possesses a background in sales and corporate account management from Philippine Airlines and has pursued further education in visual arts.
