Eddie N. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eddie is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Job Mobz since May 2023. Prior to this, Eddie held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at Flawless Recruit from January 2022 and also served as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Splunk from June 2021 to October 2021.

Before venturing into the recruitment field, Eddie worked as a Finance Manager at BMG Automotive from February 2017 to March 2018 and as a Business Development Manager from September 2014 to January 2017. Eddie also gained experience as a Digital Media Specialist at MEC from September 2013 to September 2014. Eddie started their career as a Project Management Intern at Microsoft in May 2013, where they worked until December 2013.

In their previous position at VC-Backed Startups, Eddie showcased their expertise in sourcing, full cycle recruitment, negotiation, and candidate closing. Eddie also successfully managed four accounts and led a team of three technical recruiters.
