Emily Castaneda

Emily Castaneda has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses as a Receptionist, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and scheduling appointments. Emily then worked as an Optometric Technician at Spanaway Vision Clinic, where they maintained patient records and updated information. Emily then joined Zones Inc as an Enterprise Inside Sales Rep Software, where they worked closely with Account Executives to provide IT solutions to customers. Currently, they are working at JobAdder as a Customer Service Consultant, where they provide support to clients. Emily later took on the role of Team Lead - US Support Consultant. Recently, they transitioned into the role of E-learning Developer.

Emily Castaneda attended Southwestern Community College District from 2002 to 2003, where they studied accounting and business/management. Emily did not obtain a degree during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Emily obtained several from JobAdder. In June 2021, they obtained the certifications of Agency Admin, Basics Learning Path, and Getting Started. In July 2021, they obtained the certification of Intermediate User twice.
