James Payne

James Payne has a diverse work experience in various sales and leadership roles. James is currently working as the Chief of Sales and Customer Success at JobAdder since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of International at JobAdder from July 2022 to January 2023 and as the VP - EMEA from April 2022 to June 2022. Before joining JobAdder, James was the Chief Revenue Officer at BoardClic AB, a Board and CEO Evaluation Platform, from June 2020 to April 2022. James also worked as the VP of Sales at Pure360 from May 2019 to April 2020 and as the RVP Sales | Erecruit - EMEA at Erecruit, a SaaS recruitment CRM and workforce management software provider, from September 2011 to May 2019. James started their career at Michael Page as a Manager, overseeing multiple recruitment teams and serving clients in a wide range of industries, from July 2005 to January 2011.

James Payne attended the University of Birmingham from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management. Their field of study was focused on Environmental Science.
