Valeria Enciso Huayek

Valeria Enciso Huayek is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resource departments across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior People Manager at Job&Talent since August 2022, Valeria has successfully implemented wellness programs for over 20,000 employees and enhanced employee engagement through initiatives such as the J&T Academy. Previously, Valeria held the position of People Manager at Mensajeros Urbanos, managing HR operations in both Colombia and México. Valeria’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational and Business Psychology from UCL and a degree in Psychology with a focus on Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes. Notably, Valeria has also contributed to HR practices at Mary Kay Global and MRI Network Global Search, where strategic HR projects and research were central to the roles.
