Shuo Pan

Shuo Pan began their career in 2003 as an OR Analyst at VSNL International Inc. (now Tata Communications). In 2006, they moved to JobDiva as Senior Director of Software Research and Development. In this role, they designed and implemented a fully automated system that identified and scored matched candidates for every incoming job, matched jobs for every incoming resume, and matched resumes with similar skill sets. Shuo also designed, implemented, and managed the development of the JobDiva API offering to allow JobDiva clients and third-party software providers to access and manage JobDiva hosted data using web services. Additionally, they designed, implemented, and managed the development of the integration solutions for JobDiva and software vendors such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, E-Verify, ADP, Sage, HubSpot, IBM Kenexa Access, Prophecy, Prove It!, eSkill, SkillSurvey, SHL, Asurint, easyBackgrounds, CTI, ShoreTel Sky, PhoneBurner, and RingCentral.

Shuo Pan completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Operations Research from Rutgers University.
