Mallik Penamatsa

Mallik Penamatsa is the current Chief Strategy Officer and Advisor at Jobiak. Prior to this, Mallik served as the SVP of International Business Development and CMO at CallHealth, where they were responsible for setting up the Marketing Organization and launching the services in Hyderabad in April 2016. This included building the marketing team and setting clear deliverables covering brand building, ATL/ BTL activities, Digital marketing, PR, ORM, customer portals, apps, UI/ UX etc. International Operations included developing strategy, roll out plans, developing partner relations, establishing agreements, managing due diligence efforts, establishing and managing teams to further International business development goals. In addition, as part of the c-level executive suite, active participation in planning and delivering on key corporate objectives covering fund raising, partnerships, organizational structuring, coaching/ mentoring, business reviews etc.The service was launched successfully with 100% + month-on-month growth in Hyderabad and now extending to neighboring towns such as Vizag. One partnership finalized in Nigeria and in advanced stages of discussions with a partner in China. Many other discussions in the pipeline including Singapore, Middle-East, USA, Malaysia etc.

Before CallHealth, Mallik served as the Chief Marketing Officer at IPSUMM Inc. for 3 years and as the Head of Business Planning at Dragonfly Data Factory for 9 months. Mallik has also served as an Adviser to the Board at United Shoe Machinery in Yancheng, China for 11 months.

Mallik has extensive experience in Corporate Strategy, Executive Team Building, Investment Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development. Mallik is a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on matters related to these fields. Under their guidance and leadership, Jobiak has seen great success and growth.

Mallik Penamatsa has an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honors from Indian Institute of Management & Commerce.
