Isabel Proell

Isabel Proell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital project management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success and Delivery at Jobiqo since January 2021, Isabel has also held various roles including Senior Digital Project Manager. Prior to Jobiqo, Isabel worked at Netconomy as an Engagement Manager and at Wiener Zeitung Digitale Publikationen GmbH as Digital Product Development Manager. Isabel's career began at SMARTASSISTANT, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Professional Services EMEA to Project Manager, focusing on delivering and optimizing digital advice projects across the EMEA region and the DACH area. Isabel started in communications as an intern at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival in 2010. Isabel holds a Master of Arts in Business of Emerging Markets from FH Joanneum and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Leisure Management from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences.
