Joseph Hansen has over 10 years of work experience in Quality Assurance and related fields. Joseph began their career in 2010 as a Supervisor at Regal Entertainment Group, where they were responsible for monitoring and delegating employee tasks. From 2012 to 2014 they worked as a Peak Time Teller at Zions Bank, where they were responsible for efficient transactions using cash and checks. In 2014, they joined Boostability as a QA Specialist/Account Manager, where they developed a quality assurance position along with respective processes to improve the client experience. In 2018, they worked as a QA Analyst at IdenTrust, Inc., where they worked individually and on a team in preventing bugs from reaching customers. Joseph then joined DevMountain Student Developers as a QA Engineer, where they reviewed test requirements and developed a test plan based on the requirements. In 2019, they joined Grow.com as a QA Engineer, where they worked in an agile environment in preventing bugs from reaching production. In 2020, they joined Restaurant Brands International as a QA Engineer, where they lead QA testing on major loyalty features and used Postman to ensure services were responding to the FE properly. Currently, they are working as a Senior Mobile App QA Analyst at JobNimbus.

Joseph Hansen obtained a Badge in Quality Assurance from Devmountain in 2018. Joseph also obtained a Quality Assurance - Automation certification from DevMountain in January 2018. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations: Global Environment, Health, and Natural Resources from the University of California, Davis in 2014. Before that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Social Science from Sierra College between 2006 and 2012.
