Nick Cook

Nick Cook has extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Nick began their career in 2009 as a Social Media Consultant and Owner at Socialniks. In 2010, they moved to Vivint Smart Home as a Sales Associate and Territory Manager, where they were responsible for selling Smart Home Systems in various territories. In 2013, they joined CLEARLINK as a Home Services Consultant and Assistant Manager, where they consistently reached the top tier of sales bonus. In 2014, they joined Bask Technology, Inc. as a Service Delivery Manager, Sales Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. Here, they were responsible for full cycle recruitment, training, and development of employees for the sales, service, and IT departments. In 2017, they joined Western Governors University as an IT and Corporate Recruiter, where they supported the school to keep their 30%(+) annual growth rate up. In 2019, they worked for both Sunrun and Innovecture as a Technical Recruiting Team Lead and Senior Information Technology Recruiter, respectively. Finally, in 2022, they joined JobNimbus as a Recruiting Manager, where they were responsible for all Talent Acquisition Functions and implemented a strategy to generate revenue for the Talent Acquisition Department.

Nick Cook attended Southern Utah University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce. Nick then went on to attend Western Governors University from 2021 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
