Zachary Weiss has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. From 2013-2016 they were an Appliance Installation Apprentice at JP Appliances, where they were responsible for prepping equipment for installation and learned how to communicate efficiently with customers. From 2016-2017 they worked as a Customer Care Representative at Vivint, where they spoke directly with customers daily to troubleshoot complex issues with their security systems and network devices. At Wayfair from 2017-2020, they were an Escalation Specialist, Case Management Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist, where they managed their workflow to monitor hundreds of cases and communicated daily with customers offering empathetic and productive solutions to drive brand loyalty. From 2020-2022 they worked as a Warehouse Manager at Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical, where they coordinated inventory and purchasing with 26 field technicians and 2 warehouse locations, maintained supplier relationships, and monitored transactions to assure the best pricing. Currently, they are an Onboarding Specialist at JobNimbus and a Client Success Specialist at AXOMO.
Zachary Weiss attended Westlake High School and Utah Valley University. In addition, they obtained an Eagle Scout certification from the Boy Scouts of America in July 2013 and is Service Hub Software Certified from HubSpot Academy.
