Felicia Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Research, Evaluation & Analytics at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where they lead and designs research and evaluation studies, manages funders and partners, and works to support marginalized populations seeking economic mobility. Felicia also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they contribute their expertise in various educational settings. Felicia has previously worked as a Principle Consultant at Forge Consulting, where they provided support and guidance to small and mid-sized mission-driven organizations. Felicia has also held roles such as Associate Lecturer and Assistant Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where they taught undergraduate courses, advised on program development, and engaged in research. Additionally, Felicia has experience as a Senior Researcher at Tufts University's Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE), and as the Executive Director at Organizers' Collaborative. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Community Programming at Lowell Telecommunications Corporation. Felicia Sullivan has a PhD in Public Policy from UMass Boston and also has an MS in Public Policy from the same institution. Felicia holds a Graduate Certificate in Educational Research Methodology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, Felicia Sullivan has an MA in Media Studies from the New School for Social Research and a BA in Government from St. Lawrence University.
