Sara Fagan

Sara Fagan is an accomplished program manager with a robust background in education and community engagement. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Jobs for the Future since July 2022, Fagan previously held the position of Rooted Ambassador Captain at Teach For America from January 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included coaching and onboarding new corps members and enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Fagan's teaching experience at Clark County School District involved implementing effective training practices and supporting new teachers in classroom management. Additionally, as Community Engagement Manager for Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, Fagan developed training resources for volunteers and managed administrative tasks, while earlier work with AmeriCorps VISTA focused on workforce development and volunteer coordination. Fagan holds a Master's degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Miami University.
