Ben Tsao is a seasoned entrepreneur and recruiter with extensive experience in the job market. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Recruiter DAO since August 2023, Ben is dedicated to fostering a global community of recruiters through decentralized collaboration. As the Founder of Global Jobs since September 2009, Ben has built a premier platform for connecting job seekers with international opportunities. Additionally, as Co-Founder of LaowaiCareer, established in February 2016, Ben has created a leading resource for international talent seeking employment in China. Prior experience includes a project management role at HSBC from December 2007 to September 2009. Ben holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics, Banking, and Finance from the University of Glasgow, earned in 2007.
