Jacob Falar

Jacob Falar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at ODM Group since January 2016 and holding the position of Features Manager at Directors Of Industry since January 2014, Jacob has also worked part-time as a Real Estate Specialist at 21QueenRealty. Additional roles include providing client services at JobTarget, teaching ESL to Japanese students via Skype, and offering technical support for major companies such as Intuit and SPRINT. Jacob began a career in customer service at Teletech and Wipro BPO, where expertise in airline reservations and sales was developed.
