Michael Banks

Michael Banks has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. In 1997, they started as a Regional Account Manager at GE in Transmission and Distribution Sales. Michael later transitioned to becoming a Master Black Belt at GE, where they led a team and completed Six Sigma Black Belt certification. In 2007, they worked as an Assistant VP at Merrill Lynch in the Project Management Office. In 2009, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President and worked on the merger transition with Merrill Lynch, implementing metrics-based management and devising financial reporting processes. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Priceline.com as a Vice President, focusing on business forecasting, analytics, and advanced reporting. Since 2018, they have been working at Zenabi Analytics LLC as the Lead of Zenabi Travel Services. Finally, in 2020, they joined JobTarget as the VP of Product for the Employer Platform and Apps.

Michael Banks completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the years 1994 to 1997. More recently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and Project Management at the University of Connecticut from 2018 to 2022.
