Theo Ballet has been in the workforce since 2019. Theo began their career at ACTIVE TRAVEL AND LANGUAGE as an Animateur. In 2020, they joined Michelin as an Account Manager, later transitioning to a Customer Success Manager and then a Manager of Customer Success. Currently, they are a Customer Engagement Manager at JobTeaser, a position they have held since 2022.
Theo Ballet attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a DUT GEA in Administration/Gestion des Petites Entreprises. Theo then attended Edutus Egyetem from 2018 to 2018, where they studied Marketing, Tourisme, and Interculturalité. Finally, they attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Programme Grande École. Additionally, Theo has obtained certifications in Formation à la stratégie gains mutuels - méthode Harvard from A.V.E. International in 2022, Design Thinker from dthinking academy in 2021, and Principes fondamentaux du marketing numérique from Google in 2020.
