Andrew Speirs

Andrew Speirs has diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Andrew has worked as a Flight Test Engineer at Joby Aviation since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL) from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they interned as a Flight Test Engineer at Joby Aviation in 2019 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at ASDL from 2018 to 2019. Andrew also gained experience as a Composite Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Gulfstream Aerospace in 2018, an Aerospace Engineer Intern at Bell Helicopter in 2017, and an Operations Management Intern at Lam Research in 2015.

Andrew Speirs completed their education in the field of Aerospace Engineering. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, Andrew pursued further academic qualifications and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, with a duration of attendance from 2019 to 2020.
